Payments

The entire rental fee -- excluding the MPP -- will be applied toward the purchase of the instrument. NO ADDITIONAL FEES and NO INTEREST. Once the 90-Day Trial Period has expired, we will send you payment coupons in the mail, letting you know when payments are due and the amount that is due. Simply detach the stub and return it to the store with your payment via post or stop in.

You may also choose to do AUTOPAY: instead of writing checks and sending coupons, we simply run your provided credit card once a month until the instrument is paid off.

A 10% additional discount is given if the instrument is purchased in full within the initial 90-Day Trial Period.

Fines

A $1.00 late fee will be charge to your account for payments received after ten days from when they are due. If a payment is not made within 30-days from when it is due, the contract will be defaulted and will be sent to collections.

Returns/Exchanges

Return the instrument at any time while you are renting from us without further obligations, provided all your payments are current.

Trade in your instrument, while you are renting from us, for one of greater or equal value, and have all of your previous payments apply toward the new instrument! Perfect for growing artists who need the next sized instrument, or for the developing musician who wants to upgrade to an instrument of better quality.

Maintenance Protection Plan

The Maintenance Protection Plan is included in the rental fee and covers any accidental damage the instrument may receive -- reeds, strings, bow hair, and certain cosmetic damages are not covered. Loss or damage due to neglect will also not be covered. If damaged beyond repair or stolen, we will replace the instrument with one of equal value.
