Payments

The entire rental fee -- excluding the Maintenance Protection Plan (MPP) -- will be applied toward the purchase of the instrument. There are NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES OR INTEREST. Before the first month rental expires, we will send you payment coupons in the mail with the date and amount due. Simply detach the stub and return it to the store with your payment.

You may also choose the AUTOPAY option: instead of writing checks and sending coupons, we simply charge your credit card once a month until the instrument is paid off.

An additional 10% discount is given if the instrument is purchased in full within the first month.

Late Fees

A $1.00 late fee will be charge to your account for payments received after ten days from when they are due. If a payment is not made within 30-days from when it is due, the contract will be defaulted and will be sent to collections.

Returns/Exchanges

Return the instrument at any time without further obligation, provided all your payments are current.

Trade in your instrument for one of greater or equal value, and all your previous payments will apply toward the new instrument. Designed for growing artists who need a larger instrument, or for the developing musician who wants to upgrade to an instrument of better quality.

Maintenance Protection Plan

The Maintenance Protection Plan is included in the rental fee and covers any accidental damage to the instrument (reeds, strings, bow hair and cosmetic damage are not covered). Loss or damage due to neglect is not covered. If damaged beyond repair or stolen, we will replace the instrument with one of equal value.
